This product series can achieve 14 bit resolution and provide a single channel for multi-channel with serial SPI or I2C or parallel interfaces. Some special features include software selectable output range (SoftSpan), zero position, midpoint or Hi-Z power on reset selection, and integrated high-precision reference. The 14 bit high-precision current output analog-to-digital converter series allows you to choose an external amplifier, which does not rely on buffering references, such as the rail to rail DAC type that represents high linearity voltage output. The SoftSpanTM feature allows software to select output ranges without the need to add precision gain stages and related external jumpers, precision resistors, and amplifier circuits. Integrated precision resistors allow for reference inversion, bipolar offset, offset, and gain adjustment. Buffer type and non buffer type voltage output rail to rail DC-AC converters can operate normally in various open or closed circuit systems, with adjustable gain, offset, and other signals.
